Welcome! I’m a PhD candidate at UC Santa Barbara where I work with Dr. Jonathan Schooler. I study creative thought, flourishing, and spiritual belief, along with the underlying role that meaning plays in these processes. I am also interested in techniques artists and filmmakers use to effectively convey meaning through visual forms. In my free time, I enjoy surfing up and down the Santa Barbara coast, mind-wandering, and painting.
